Blind Pilot — land from a frozen needle and the outer marker
Blind Pilot
One gauge is frozen. Match the landing with the outer-marker call and the needles that still move.
Up or W raises the nose. Down or S lowers it. Left or A drops the left wing. Right or D drops the right wing. Q cuts thrust and E adds it. L lands, V changes the view, Esc pauses. Those directions are the airplane, not the camera. Turning the view leaves the buttons as they are. The first view faces the panel, and the other views look at the same panel from an angle.

How to play
One needle stays on the same mark for the whole approach. The outer-marker call is the nose, wings, and thrust at the start, and later controls do not rewrite it. While a wing is down, the nose and thrust cannot move. Adding thrust also raises the nose one notch. Cutting thrust does not lower the nose. Landing with nose, wings, and thrust all centered wins. Any other landing names the axes that were off. Step 8 without a landing loses. The view button does not change the airplane. The first view faces the panel, and the other views look at the same panel from an angle.
Origin & history
Blind Pilot is an original OIYO puzzle: the window stays shut and you land from the gauges plus one outer-marker call. Four approaches were checked by hand; a seed picks one. It uses no map or audio from another game.
FAQ
Does the same seed always build the same approach?
Yes. The seed picks one of four approaches that were checked ahead of time. The airplane is not shaken again every frame, so a shared address is the same puzzle.
