Factorio Automation Mini — Conveyor Belt Factory Simulator
Place Miners on Iron & Copper veins, smelt ore into plates with Smelters, and route Conveyor Belts into the Research Lab.
Click/Drag tile: Place building · Click same building or [R]: Rotate 90° · Feed Iron + Copper plates into one Assembler for Science Packs (65 RP)!
How to play
Select a building from the toolbar (or keys [1]–[5]) and click or drag across the 10x8 factory grid to build. Click an existing building again or press [R] to rotate its output direction (N/E/S/W) by 90°. The core production chain is: Miner on Ore Vein -> Smelter -> Conveyor Belt -> Research Lab. Route both Iron Plates and Copper Plates into the same Assembler to craft high-value Red Science Packs (65 RP)!
Origin & history
Factorio Automation Mini is an original OIYO industrial logistics and factory automation simulator inspired by Wube Software's genre-defining masterpiece Factorio and minimalist belt puzzle Shapez.io. Place Miners on Iron and Copper veins, smelt raw ore into plates, route Conveyor Belts, and merge materials into Assemblers to synthesize Gears, Circuits, and Red Science Packs for the Research Lab.
FAQ
How do I craft Red Science Packs (65 RP) in the Assembler?
If an Assembler receives only Iron Plates, it crafts Gears (25 RP); if it receives only Copper Plates, it crafts Electronic Circuits (25 RP). However, when you feed both Iron Plates (Fe) and Copper Plates (Cu) into the same Assembler from two sides, it combines 1 Fe + 1 Cu into a Red Science Pack worth 65 RP!
What does the yellow dot on Miners, Smelters, and Assemblers indicate?
The yellow dot marks the building's Output Nozzle—the side where mined ore, smelted plates, or crafted items exit. Make sure a Conveyor Belt, Smelter, Assembler, or Lab is placed on the tile facing that yellow nozzle! Click the building again or press [R] to rotate it.
