How to play

Choose a domino, then tap the first cell and the direction cell, or drag and release to snap onto the nearest two cells. Rotate uses the Rotate button. A day has easy, normal, and hard boards, dated in Korea Standard Time.

Detailed rules

  1. 1.One domino covers two touching cells. Every dealt domino must be used.
  2. 2.A region asks for a sum, all equal pips, all different pips, or pips under a number.
  3. 3.Only one arrangement of pips satisfies the board.
  4. 4.The three daily boards are fixed by the Korea Standard Time date.
  5. 5.Using undo stores that board's best time apart from a clean run.

Origin & history

Domino Cells is a daily logic puzzle: place every domino so each region meets its rule. The pips are OIYO's double-six set, and the board is built fresh for the date.

FAQ

When does the daily board change?

At midnight Korea Standard Time, the easy, normal, and hard boards change together.

Can two layouts both be right?

No. After the board is built, a solver checks that only one pip layout meets the rules.
