What is the raid bus fee calculator?

No, they are entirely separate tools. This one prices a bus (carry) auction/trade; the 1-main/3-alt calculator automates main/alt distribution for help parties.

What's the difference between all-bid and exclusive-only?+

All-bid means every guest bids on the auction item; exclusive-only means only exclusive bidders bid while non-bidders pay a fixed trade price. Exclusive-only is available only when carriers = non-bidders + exclusive bidders.

Are values in gold?+
